Ingeniería y Avalúos, S.A. de C.V. is a company created in 1995, having as main activity to prepare investment feasibility studies, real estate and going concern appraisals, “due diligence” studies, analyses of highest and best use, absorption studies, cost – benefit studies regarding real estates, and consultancy on environmental impact studies.

Regarding appraisals of properties as a going-concern, the company develops works that include hotels, marinas, golf courses, restaurants, etc., also enclosing the execution of appraisals on machinery and equipment, for different purposes and uses.
